D. Max Friedman
Max Friedman focuses his practice advising small and medium size businesses in real estate transactions, commercial leasing, general corporate and business law, and commercial litigation. In addition to his position at Johnson & Sparks, Max is of counsel to a boutique corporate and real estate law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
After earning a bachelor’s degree cum laude from The American University in Washington, DC, Max received his law degree from The Rutgers-Camden law school. In law school, Max was a finalist in the Hunter Moot Court Competition and was honored as a Dean's Scholar—placing him among the school’s top 5% students.
Max is licensed to practice in Texas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
